Mayor of Skrapar’s answer to the questions about Blood Feuds

The answers to the Operazione Colomba‘s questionnaire about Blood feuds phenomenon keep on arriving. Indeed, Mr. Nesim Barjam Spahiu, Mayor of Skrapar answers through Ritvana  Hysenbelliu, expert of Economical Aid and Social Assistance.

The questionnaire asked:

– How much is widespread the Blood Feuds Phenomenon in Your municipality?
– Which kind of measures would You like to adopt in order to face and eliminate the phenomenon?
– How do You think to pressure the Government to make sure it will implement the Law n. 9389/05? The one that provides for the establishment of a Coordination Council in order to fight against the Blood Feuds Phenomenon?

“Answering to your questionnaire, related to the Blood Feuds, we inform you that in Skrapar Municipality this phenomenon doesn’t exists.

Thanks to  Nesim Barjam Spahiu, Mayor of Skrapar, and to Ritvana Hysenbelliu for their kind answer. We will compare their statement with data collected in our database since 2010. Anyway, we re-extend the invitation to answer all the questions of the questionnaire. Particularly, it would be important to answer the third question about the Law n. 9389/05, regarding the establishment of a Coordination Council.
