The answer from the Mayor of Delvine about blood feuds

Close to the expiring date of the Campaign “A Crowd against Blood Feuds”, scheduled for the 30th of September, the number of answers sent by the Albanian Mayors definitely increased. Many Mayors, indeed, sent a letter of answer on time, even if often too short, especially considering the very detail of the questions.
Today we post the answer from the Mayor of Delvine, Rigels Balil Baili.

The questionnaire asked:

– How much is widespread the Blood Feuds Phenomenon in Your municipality?
– Which kind of measures would You like to adopt in order to face and eliminate the phenomenon?
– How do You think to pressure the Government to make sure it will implement the Law n. 9389/05? The one that provides for the establishment of a Coordination Council in order to fight against the Blood Feuds Phenomenon?

We would like to thak you in advance for the support you provide in overcoming the blood feuds phenomenon. I would like to inform you that in the territory of Delvine Municipality there is no case related to the phenomenon.
