After ten days no response from the Mayor of Shkodër
10 days have passed since Operazione Colomba volunteers requested a meeting directly with the Mayor of Shkodër Municipality, Voltana Ademi in order to receive replies to the questionnaire on blood feuds phenomenon.
Ten days ago the Municipality administration released a protocoled paper, ensuring a response to our request within ten days. The expected time has passed and Operazione Colomba volunteers have not yet received any response from the Municipality of Shkodër. Unfortunately this region of Albania is one of the areas where the blood feuds phenomenon is more widespread. Therefore the response of the Mayor Voltana Ademi is highly awaited and extremely important for a complete overview over the phenomenon.
We hope to receive new information from the Municipality of Shkodër as soon as possibile.
